All Pro Call Center
(APCC) was founded by Catherine D. Collier April 1st
1970 with 2 cord boards & 5 operators. Today APCC
utilizes a paperless computer system and employs over 40 Agents
with the support of 7 office staff. Over the years APCC has
updated their technology at every opportunity and currently
utilize the latest and best available. APCC provides custom
service for over 800 satisfied clients with "never
ending" communications technology. Our mission is, and has
always been, to provide Excellent service while maintaining that
personal touch. Meet a few of the staff whose continued support
have helped to build APCC into the Call Center of the 21st
century.
